At the start (2014-2016), the programme was implemented in Kigungu Division B, Entebbe, and in Bweya in Ssisa sub-county Wakiso district. From 2017-2018 the programme was implemented in Kakiri, Katabi and Ssisa sub-Counties in Wakiso district.
